‘When normal people get extraordinary powers in a contemporary setting they have a few choices.
Some become Superheroes and others become Supervillains.
Depends on the reality but they usually end up fighting each other.
An organisation exists to track and eliminate them if necessary.
What can I say? The concept of Superheroes has existed for long enough to become entrenched in the human psyche.
Build me a few and let them loose and don’t forget the realities constructed around their presence.‘
